Please note that full build white-glove delivery may extend your delivery time slightly. However, the convenience and personalised service are well worth the the extra time & inconvenience of something being wrong. -
Eco-Friendly Packaging Removal:
We'll take care of recycling all packaging for you, minimising your environmental footprint.

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier.
All products are dispatched the same day or the day following order placement. UK couriers are used for Deliveries and they are made Monday to Friday. All orders are delivered within 1-7 working days after ordering - this is normally a lot quicker and 2-3 days after we have performed regulatory PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) checks. You will be notified in 24 to 48 hours of your delivery day. If there are any issues at all with despatching, we will contact you by either email or telephone.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
NOTE: Please keep your original box and packing materials for at least 14 days after delivery for any potential return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Electric bikes in the UK with a throttle, are faster than 15.5mph with greater than 250watts are not allowed on footpaths, cycle lanes, or roads.
It is solely the customer’s duty to make sure that you adhere to all UK legal requirements when using your e-bike.
Eco Electric Bikes would like to emphasise that compliance with local regulations, including any necessary registration or licensing procedures, is the responsibility of the customer.
